Job position:
- HVAC / BMS Controls Technician

Prerequisites:
- Must have prior experience in HVAC or PLC Programming
- Technical knowledge of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC) preferred
- Knowledge of basic electric fundamentals also preferred.

Minimum requirements:
- Matric or NQF Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years Sales and Customer Relations experience
- Proven Technical knowledge of HVAC Systems
- Knowledge of Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronic Terminology and Fundamentals
- Knowledge of hydraulic fundamentals and principles (preferred)
- Knowledge of liquid, Pneumatic valves, and actuators (preferred)
- Experience reading Electronic Wiring schematics, HVAC piping/Hydraulic schematics (preferred)
- Must be computer literate and have sound knowledge and experience using Windows and MS Office products
- Drivers license and own transport
- Valid passport (preferred)

Responsibilities shall include:
- Testing and Commissioning of HVAC Control Based Equipment
- Commissioning and wiring of electronic peripherals and equipment
- Liaising and maintaining good relations with clients and contractors
